REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds on games or the Game Show Deck.

Why

Your games download the moment you pay, and they're yours to keep forever. Once that's happened there's no way to hand it back, so we say it plainly up front instead of surprising you after: buy once, own it, no refunds.

Before you buy, check this

• The games run on Windows 10 & 11, and on macOS with an Apple Silicon chip (M1 or newer). There is no Intel Mac build, so an Intel Mac will not run them.
• Some of our games are buzz-in games and need buzzers, which aren't included. Others are turn-based and need none. A few need something else you supply, like your own music files or a phone or tablet for each team. Every game page spells out what that title needs, right next to the price.
• Prices are one-time, in US dollars, and cover that game forever.

If something isn't working

Don't write us off. Write us in. If a download fails, a game won't launch, or something's clearly broken, that's on us to fix, and we will. Email wearegameshowjunkies@gmail.com with what happened and we'll get you running.
