REFUND POLICY

All sales are final. We don't offer refunds on games or the Game Show Deck.

Why

Your games download the moment you pay, and they're yours to keep forever. Once that's happened there's no way to hand it back, so we say it plainly up front instead of surprising you after: buy once, own it, no refunds.

Before you buy, check this

• The games run on Windows 10 & 11 only. There is no Mac version yet.
• Word Mashup and Pixel Perfect are buzz-in games and buzzers aren't included; Beat The Box doesn't need them.
• Prices are one-time, in US dollars, and cover that game forever.

If something isn't working

Don't write us off. Write us in. If a download fails, a game won't launch, or something's clearly broken, that's on us to fix, and we will. Email wearegameshowjunkies@gmail.com with what happened and we'll get you running.
